William L. Kelly has been a bank director for the past 26 years. Originally on the Dana Niguel Bank Board in Dana Point, CA. and since 2000 on the Board of Harbor National Bank in Newport Beach until its sale in April 2004. A 36 year resident ofOrange County, Mr. Kelly retired form his position as Vice Chancellor of the South County Community College District in 1995, after 26 years of service with the District. From 1995 – 1998, he served as the Vice President at the Community College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas. A three campus college serving over 25,000 students. For the past five years Mr. Kelly has been a consultant under contract to the College of the Desert, Palm Desert, California.
He is the Founding President of the Mission Hospital Foundation, and served 10 years as a member of their board. He also served for 16 years as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mission Regional Medical Center . He is also a member of the Board of the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation, and has served on the South Orange County Chamber of Commerce Board.
